Heroic staff take action

Committed, dedicated and compassionate – that is so very true for all of our staff and volunteers.
But even more so now.
For the last 10 days Elaine and some of her staff have been living up at the center. They decided that it was the only way, due to movement restrcitions and to save on vehicle fuel costs, that they could be sure of being able to provide ongoing and guaranteed consistency of care for the 300 KAR cats and dogs.
They have very limited personal facilities up there – as you know there is no mains water, no beds, limited cooking facilities, scant wifi – basically it is camping at its most basic level.
Our cats and dogs are so very lucky to have them and so too is Team KAR.
Please if you can help in any way – a donation/cat or dog food please do so – we are doing everything that we can from here but need help from others however far and wide also.
