EASY CHICKEN – by Pam.

1 cooked chicken
8 oz uncooked spaghetti
1/2lb mushrooms
¾ pint readymade white sauce
2 fl oz dry sherry

Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions.
Shred chicken and mix with spaghetti.
Sauté the mushrooms and add to white sauce along with the sherry.
Fold into the chicken and spaghetti mix.
Bake at 375 deg F (190 deg C) Gas mark 5 for 30 minutes.
Parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top before cooking makes it extra special.
